Processing Times

Ready-made items are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times for custom or personalized orders vary depending on the design and materials requested. I will confirm the estimated completion time before your custom order is finalized.

Processing time is separate from shipping or delivery time.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is calculated by the total weight of the order:

• Up to 1 lb: $5.99
• Over 1 lb through 3 lbs: $9.99
• Over 3 lbs: $14.99

Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free Standard shipping. Free shipping does not apply to Express shipping.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within approximately 50 miles of Canyonville, Oregon, including Canyonville, Days Creek, Winston, Roseburg, and nearby areas.

I will contact you to arrange local delivery. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days. A valid phone number is required for local delivery.

Shipping and Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice an address error, contact me as soon as possible at sparklenshinecreations2026@gmail.com. I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Sparkle N Shine Creations is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me promptly at sparklenshinecreations2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue.
